MyTracksy FirmOS connects clients, assigned jobs, compliance work, payroll, documents and e-signatures, WhatsApp reminders, time entries and invoices in one firm workspace.

MyTracksy FirmOS supports invoice tax calculations and a compliance work calendar using reviewed rules. Your firm checks the tax treatment and submits returns through the official IRD portal.

Yes. Set up each client company, or your own firm, as an employer, add its employees and run the month. FirmOS works out EPF (at least 8% from the employee and 12% from the employer) and ETF (3%) on total earnings, and APIT on IRD Table 01, asking for a reviewed amount for bonuses, arrears, joiners and leavers. After a manager approves, issue payslips in English, Tamil or Sinhala and print EPF Form C, ETF Form II, APIT schedules and the bank transfer list.

Yes. Send a resolution, letter or PDF for signing. Each signer gets a personal link by WhatsApp or email, or signs in the client portal with a saved signature, photographed on white paper or drawn. FirmOS places the signatures, follows the signing order you choose and files the signed PDF with a completion certificate in Documents. Powers of attorney, wills and land transfers still need a wet-ink signature.

Yes. Use the MyTracksy WhatsApp number in one click or connect your firm's own number. Send portal invitations, document requests, invoice and tax deadline reminders, and chat with clients. Each contact person gives consent, a reply of STOP opts them out, and every message is recorded on the client's history.

The Co-Pilot answers supported reference questions from its local knowledge base. Optional AI requests depend on configured provider access and available tokens; your team reviews the answers.

Yes. Each client has its own jobs, documents, time entries and invoices. Team assignments and portal grants control access. Plan limits are 30, 100 or 250 clients.

First 90 days completely free. No card, onboarding milestones, logo permission or case-study agreement required.

The service uses TLS for transport, cloud storage encryption, per-firm encryption for supported sensitive fields and documents, and firm-scoped access controls. See the privacy policy for data handling and retention; software controls do not establish legal compliance on their own.
